As CEO of ICI, Jawahar Lal has 25+ years of delightful experience in the field of Landscaping works, Golf Course, Cricket and Football Ground Construction & Maintenance, Cricket Pitch Making, Sub Surface Drainage System and Irrigation System. He is expertise in Course Maintenance, renovation, grow-in, advance irrigation system, water distribution system, disposal system & Storm Water Management and consultation. He is having core competency in estimating, budgeting of Golf Course Maintenance and have extensive experience in implementing USGA specification and quality monitoring systems for ensuring adherence to quality standards and monitoring the quality of construction of Golf Course including Tee, Green and Bunkers.

Under his able leadership, ICI managed to successfully complete projects like Football Ground Safai, International Cricket Stadium (Lucknow), Eden Gardens Stadium (Kolkata), International Cricket Stadium (Saifai) and bagged some of the prestigious landscape and sports ground development projects. He has managed course preparation for Asian tour, PGAI tour and various corporate events. He has proven award-wining results in quality playing conditions and financial efficiency.

Earlier ICI, he has worked with Sahara India Commercial Corporation Ltd. as a Asst. Chief Manager, Project Consultant for Amby Valley, Lonavala, India. As General Manager (Golf Construction & Maintenance) in Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd for Sushant Golf City, Lucknow, India. He has been notable speaker at various conferences for golf course maintenance in recognised national forum like GCS & MAI and Indian Institute of Horticultural Research. He also provided Agronomic support to International Cricket Council (ICC) for grass improvement at the time of Champion’s Trophy 2006 and training for maintenance staff.

He has also participated in educational seminar on Warm Season Turf Grass Disease Management and Golf Course Preparation for Championship Tournament organized by Golf Course Superintendent Association of America in Anaheim, California and Las Vegas, USA.
